What is your return policy?
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Gorgeous Doll Boutique no longer accepts returns, unless you receive an incorrect or damaged item.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?
We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or damaged item. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the full name of the item you ordered, a picture displaying the incorrect or damaged item that you received, and any further details of the problem within 3 days of the pickup or delivery date. We will work with you to return the incorrect or damaged item to our warehouse and send you a replacement item. If a replacement item is unavailable, then a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Incorrect or damaged items WILL NOT be replaced or refunded if we aren't notified within 3 days of the pickup or delivery date.
